Nepal’s COVID-19 tally has reached 6,211, including 1,041 cases of recovery and 19 death
Kathmandu — The Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) has confirmed 451 new cases of COVID-19 today.
As many as 451 people including 416 males and 35 females were identified with the virus infection in the last 24 hours, informed Dr Jageshwor Devkota, spokesperson of the ministry in the daily press briefing today.
The new COVID-19 cases were detected in Morang, Parsa, Rautahat, Tanahun, Achham, Kailali, Doti, Banke, Bardiya, Pyuthan, Dailekh, Mahottari, Dhanusha, Nuwakot, Argakhachi, Chitwan, Gulmi, Rupandehi, Sunsari, Jhapa, Surkhet, Rolpa, Kathmandu, Dang, Dhading, Lalitpur, Bara, Kapilvastu, Mahottari, Palpa, Sarlahi and Siraha.
Meanwhile, 67 COVID-19 patients, 7 females and 60 males from Janakpur, Lalitpur, Kathmandu, Bara, Saptari and Dang were discharged after recovery in the last 24 hours, the national daily Rising Nepal reports.
With this, the national COVID-19 tally has reached 6,211, including 1,041 cases of recovery and 19 death cases.
